I have a few things I’d like to share with you that help me look better and feel better. I also have a cool recipe from a fellow blogger I believe a lot of us can enjoy.
For as long as I can remember I have had a weight problem. Some of us do, some of us don’t, but mine pretty much stemmed from too much emotional eating and lack of exercise.
I’ve recently come across a FREE application that’s allowed me to get a quick work out in, and it makes me feel good afterwards because it tracks my progress in great detail. The app does the work out with me, encourages me when I feel like stopping, and makes me sweat; A LOT.
I absolutely love it, and I think if you tried it you would too. Exercise for me tends to be an arduous task, but this app lets me take baby steps. It modifies moves if I need it to, and it even lets me play my music at the same time.

While working out you have to have cool clothes. It just makes the experience more fun. Besides it helps the whole “when you look good, you feel good” mentality.
When engaging in any vigorous activity it’s always beneficial to wear the appropriate gear. Our bodies need to be protected as we work our muscles. This keeps us safe and helps limit unnecessary strains.
